You know what I have just read this discussion about this subway restaurant and most of their food products are pork free including the mayo..Well if you really want to try out low fat try in there. Sometimes people who wants to slim down doesn't know which they can take in that is low fat. They should ask a nutritionist which foods has low fat including which sauces and spreads they can use with low fat ingredients.

I love mayo, but I will only have a trace of light mayo just enough to get the flavor. And I agree, most of the sauces add so many unwanted calories. Its best to bring your own low fat mayo and put on the amount that you want. This way you still get some of the taste without adding too many extra calories.

I only use mustard on my sandwich. Its low in calories. The lady in front of me today was talking about how she is eating Subway every day, but hasn't lost any weight. It was easy to see why with all the mayo on her sandwich. She had extra everything on her sandwich and when she picked it up the mayo came out of the sandwich. It was a terrible sight. She had a soft drink adding even more calories to her meal. It looked like her husband was doing great, as he had a low calorie sandwich and water for lunch.
