You are about to make decision of whether or not going to a party today, the fact that any moment your distant relative is coming in for a visit? Your close friend is expecting you on the occassion, and yet you are to make a choice, calling your friend to disappoint him/her for your relative... Choices... why do you need to make one?

Well, I think that we need to make a choice because there's no other way to go about it - it's what makes us who we are, you know? We may feel that we really want to go to this party but we feel guilty of not greeting our relative who's coming. On the other hand, we may really want to see our distant relative but don't want our friend to think that we're letting them down by not attending this party.
Better yet, let me put it this way: We know what we WANT to do and we know the RIGHT THING to do (hopefully! LOL) but what are going to do? Bottom line is, LIVING LIFE IS ABOUT MAKING CHOICES. And who we are, at this point in our life, is the product of those choices we made in the past. :D So, what choice did you make? :)
