Why men are so into rock music?  | |  I just don't understand why..because most of the guys I knew even my husband likes/loves listening to rock, sometimes it's hardcore one. There's a variety of genre out there, but what's with the rock music? I mean you can't even understand rockers singing those lyrics, it's all loud shouting and guitars and drums doing the trick..
Oh well, maybe I'm just a girl. lol

I think what you are talking about is heavy rock or metal that you can't understand the lyrics. If you are not into the music of course you are not going to know what they are saying but if you are into the music then you are going to know what they are saying. Not all rock is heavy maybe try listening to some lighter stuff like Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith, Van Halen, The Beatles etc. There are many to choose from.

I'm not saying I don't like it; but I avoid it. I prefer softer more melodic music...Romantic Pop, Soul, Jazz, Swing, Bossa Nova, Folk, Classical.
