I have a 12 year old daughter. She's a squirlley one and loves speed. Put her infront of a driving video game and she'll kill you if she's not in first place and you are. But, as she gets older, the thought of her driving...well...to put it blunty, scares the crap out of me. Teenage drivers are very reckless. You (as their parents or caring adult) can preach, teach, show them and drill into their heads about the safety of driving and the responsibility of the passengers. They're good in front of you, but when they are away from you and with a bunch of friends, that's when the numbers climb. I think in just one year alone, over 6,000 deaths were teen related drivers. Please...watch this video. Better yet, watch it for the first time with that teen...gather all that can stomach images of wrecked and mangled cars to see it.
