Monk and Phych to Come to NBC in April!

While watching Dateline tonight I learned that Monk and Pysch are coming to NBC on April 26. I remember when big network shows came to other channels first, not the other way around. Do you think this will gain more viewers for these two great shows?

I was very surprised to see that they were moving to a major network. Like you said that usually doesn't happen. Its pretty impressive for Monk and Psych I suppose, they should feel flattered. But TBH, I don't like Monk at all, even though it gets rave reviews. I do really like Psych though.

I think so, but NBC will have to find a way to keep them in the same time slots so people won't be too confused. Monk fans are used to routine. That's probably why they identify with Monk. Hopefully they won't be to upset with the change in channel. LOL.

I have mixed feelings about Monk and Psych coming to NBC, which by the owns The USA Network. I absolutely love both of these shows, but I'm sure they are just going to be reruns of what I've already seen on USA.
It's like what they did with Law and Order; Criminal Intent. Their new season started on USA and then went to NBC stating a new season and just turned out to be the USA reruns.
