As for me, there are seveal reason that make me get in love with swimming.
Firstly,swimming can keep me slimming.I have found that swimming is a good way to lost weight.
Secondly,swimming in the water is very comfetable,especial in summey,the water is very cool.
Thirdly,swimming is a good way to make friends.You can make a lot of friend when you went to the seaside,the swiming pool

Best of all it's good for you:) Good cardiac excercise, low impact, great for your breathing etc.
But did you know that the best calorie burner is actually running? That was something I didn't know until they mentioned it on biggest loser the other night (the Australian version)

Not enough body fat from what I understand. But I'm always looking for a swimming hole in our area. It tends to be hard to find somewhere private. I don't like crowded beaches and tend to stay away from swimming pools. I don't like the chlorine. A private place fro a skinny deep is perfect.
