Sleeping Habit

Oh! I am so scared to sleep without the lights. I need to have atleast a small light or atleast the lampshade.

I think everyone hope the lights are off when they are sleeping.When we want to fall asleep our eyes will feel very tired and want to closed,but if there have light it will be very hard to closed.

I definetely want a lampshade, i cannot sleep in darkness, though we close our eyes, i somehow seem to wake up whenever the lampshade's out...

I don't like any light at all. I also need it to be quiet. Which is kind of hard to do in my house considering there are three other people who live here and it is a very loud house most of the time.

yes,me too.I can't sleep while the light is on.I prefer the complete darkness.that's made me calm to think nothing and easy to get sleep.if the light is on, I was thought that it was daytime,I should stay up and hard to get sleep.so no light for me~~

Lights at night always off. I just leave the blinds a bit open so that natural light wakes me up in the morning. That's of course on weekends or woring in the late shift. Anyway the problems ofd waking up like a bird is that in summer that happends too early and in winter I might need the alarm clock if the day is too dark.

i always sleep with the lights off, don’t really like to sleep with the lights on. but if i'm alone some place else like in a hotel room, sleeping all by myself- i'll on a few lights coz i get scared hehe..

i prefer to have a dim light. i could fall to sleep really fast in that way

i sleep with the lights off. but when my sister is staying in the house and shares the bed with me, she wants to have a nightlight. she knows that i can't sleep with lights on, so we decided to purchase a dim, very dim nightlight. she faces the nightlight while i sleep facing anywhere away from the nightlight.

i too prefer wid da lights off otherwise i can not sleep comfortably
