I prefer sleeping with the lights off. No lights at all even lampshade... I dont know but I am comfortable when the lights is out...

11. xtinelee (3150) | 2 years ago | Well, I like to sleep in total darkness in my own home. However, in the hotel room, I would leave the toilet light switched on. I don't feel comfortable sleeping in a strange place with all the lights switched off. That's my habit I guess.:)

13. clrumfelt (1617) | 2 years ago | I like to sleep in total darkness. I think our eyes need the total darkness at night because the lights we have around at night are artificial. Our eyes make chemicals in response to light and some of them are to help us wake up, so total darkness gives a better, deeper rest in my opinion.

| 14. MySTiQue23 (67) | 2 years ago | I always like to sleep with all lights out!, although I have fallen asleep with the lamp on a couple of times^_^ I end up waking up and having to turn it off it disturbs my sleep if lights are on, its much more relaxing with them off!
