Ebay ticket Scalpers-good or bad feedback?!

Billy Connolly,in a recent TV Poll was rated as #1 Standup Comedian with more than 30 years in the business..I never got to see the guy Live,but love his Material..and this Summer I heard he was coming to Ireland..I went online for tickets,to find the "Standard" £40 seats to be unavailable from the venue,but being bid up on ebay to 4x their face value! IF I manage to get me one of these increasingly rare as hen's teeth tickets,Should I give good or bad feedback? Your opinions,Please!
