Well, 5 things I can't live without them are:

1. my wallet because my money and all my important cards and documents are in there.

2. my cell phone because I need to contact my friends, my business associate or sms them or at the same time getting call from them. So, while I am on the move, I can still receive and make call.

3. my laptop. I need it all the time in order to read my emails, doing presentation or writing documents by using MS Word.

4. my car key. Since I move a lot by using my car, I need my car key all the time. I remember I have misplaced it once and I was delayed in the meeting.

5. my comb. Yes, you heard me, my comb. I comb my hair most of the time. Usually I carry 3 combs with me. It has becoming a habit for me.

So, these are my five things I cannot go without me.

There is only 1...Christ. Everything else, i can manage, but it would be really hard without my family and friends

i don't think that i have any constraints like this which i need to survive. Except for the basic necessities like water, air and whatever you can think of are really necessary to live on this earth, I think i can survive.
Talking about every-day affairs, i have my friends with me but there are circumstances where i have lived alone in a hostel spending time on the internet chatting. I stay away from my parents so that case is also eliminated but ya i need them for my support whenever i need them. I don't have my personal pc and i work from my office pc.
So what i can think of is:
