I love high intensity workout dvds, lifting weights at the gym, the elliptical machine, the treadmill, the bike, and hot yoga classes. I also enjoy going for 30 - 60 minute walks. Using these exercises along with healthy eatin and portion control I have lost 60 pounds this year :)
