What Unusual Pets Do You Have Or Known Someone To Have?  

oh you have a doubled pawed cat those are neat looking well I have a black cat with a red star in her eye an where her eyes are green the red star looks weird but I love her anyway she is so unique when I found her she was a stray of course but my cat was dying of old age an her body was so cold an my black cat jumped up besides teaya an wrapped her body around her like trying to keep her warm an she stayed with teaya till she passed later that nite

Gissi is a Child in a Dogs Body lol believe me he has the last word every time
He barks every time I am on the Phone
He is full of Mischief
If I ignore him he will get my Attention one way or the other even if it throwing his Chewy at me and I would not be without him at all
I have always had Dogs as I grew up with them and there is also 4 Cats who live with my Son now

I have seen kitties like that before. I think they are cute and have more caracter than a normal cat.

I dont know if this is strange but I have 2 dogs, a bunch of fish and 3 lizards. The lizards are 2 bearded dragons and 1 is an iguana I resued.

I have hand raised the dragons from babies. Piston is now two and a lover. LOL! Yes a lover he is so sweet and wouldnt hurt anything but a bug. LOL! Spark Plug is only 5-6 months now and he is turning out the same way. I hold him everyday to get him used to me and to learn to be nice.

Moser the Iguana was about half dead when I found her. The people didnt take care of her at all. They put her in a tank and feed her when they felt like it. They never cleaned the tank. Poor Moser. Im glad I got her. She Eats everyday, has a clean tank and is a lover as well. When you walk by her tank she closes her eyes and lifts her head up for you to pet her. As if shes saying I love you for saving me! She isnt mean at all like most iguanas. She loves to roam around the house and got to go outside for the first time ever in her 2 years of life.

I wish I had a bigger place and a bigger yard. I would have a whole lot of animals. I am an animal lover as well. I do ocasionally take pets from people who cant have them for what ever reason. I take care of them and get them a good home. If only I could keep them all!!

When i was a kid we had a pure white cat that was blind. Every morning he had coffee with mom and dad..but he would never drink moms coffee it had to be from dads cup ...he liked the cream in the coffee.

Right now we have a cat that has extra toes on all his feet.

I had a cat with extra toes too...we originally named him Koshka, but he became known as Footie. Most of my life I've always had cats, but I've also had birds...a parakeet and a Grey-Cheeked parakeet that was more like a parrot type bird, mice (yes with the cats)...for awhile I had a starling as a pet...for some reason when I found him he just plain couldn't fly, think he was an older bird cause he died not too many months after I had him...there was nothing wrong with his legs or wings, he plain just couldn't fly. I've been mom to baby sparrows keeping them until they were strong and old enough to be released. The most unusual pets though I've had were crickets..yup...love the sound of them..and no they weren't loose but had them in an aquarium

We had hermit crabs once, we had one for two years, but every other one we brought home to keep him company died. They can't be alone or they will die. Finally the one we had for a long time died a couple days after his last companion died. I wouldn't recommend these as pets. Unless you want to keep replacing them.

And I have had an owl as a pet long time ago

My niece had a couple of lizards and a toad. I would like to get a lizard, but I think if it ever got out my dogs would make short work of it. So I'll stick with my three amigos (dogs).
