What do you do if you get up too early in the morning and everyone is sleeping?  | |  I woke up this morning at 4am and hate it because it's still dark outside and I get that feeling that I'm the only one in the world who is awake. My ex is sound asleep and I'm trying to be quiet so I won't wake him so I decided to spend the time here on mylot.
Do you ever get up too early in the morning and have to be quiet so you won't wake someone up? What do you do so you won't make any noise?

I usually go downstairs, make myself a drink and sit and read for a while or even try to go back to sleep!

| | | 2. fredgame (1071) | 2 years ago |  if i wake up so early and wish not to disturb others. what i do is either retire back to bed though i might not be feeling asleep again or find something i can quietly do. sometimes i get up at this time but donot get up. just lie on the bed and meditate until everybody is almost up.
