my experience of being a volunteer

when i was a freshman in the university, i joined a volunteer asociation ,and become a volunteer. my first task was teaching a child whose was a weak student but his family was very poor and can't afford a tutor.

there is a saying that the happiest is one who loves to serve... it is so amazing that what people view as too little to be significant could mean a lot to others... a kind nod, a friendly smile, a helping hand, a kind word can do wonders for the right people for the right moment... it is said when a person seeks only to ease the pain of others s/he his or her own pain goes away... Perhaps the path to a peaceful world is to make everyone a volunteer... any views?
