Obama, the guy who has never met a gun control law he didn't like. Obama, who gets and "F" from the National Rifle Association. Now this lying sack of crap is going around the country saying he supports gun rights? Obama is one of those politicians who is "everything to everyone". If you support Obama and think you are voting for "change" or "hope", you are only backing the same old liberal garbage that robs personal freedom.

It only happens because We The People actually defend it when they do.

all the darn canidates (except ron paul, but hes out) are freaking stupid, they all want something that will make us worse not better. I guess the best one is Mccain, even though he said he wants a 100 years war, then he says hes going to get the troops out in like 6 months. Hillary just isnt the right woman for this country, and obama isnt the right man. WE had crappy disissions for the first time i vote. I was really rooting Ron Paul though, made me mad when he didnt make it.

Well, Ron Paul has a few ideas that would lead to worse, not better... but those are topics for another thread. McCain NEVER said he wants a 100 years war, so please refrain from parroting the stupidity from the left on that. All he said is that he doesn't see a problem with having bases in Iraq for 100 years... much like we have in Europe. Now, that in itself is a good topic for debate, so let's keep the debate honest, shall we? For Ron Paul though, I think he's best exactly where he is. Re-Elect Paul to the House!

i can see the points people would see as for the worse with ron paul. On the Mccain thing it was one of those media things that i saw and it flashed with him saying the 100 years thing then it went to him saying the 6 month thing, so they must of edited some fo the stuff out of what he said. So let me ask you are you supporting Mccain? I dont know to terribly much about his veiws, but the ones i did know are a little much for me, but as you can see i really consider myself a libertarian, i just dont vote libertarian b/c they just dont have a chance to get anywhere in this time and age. I have noticed though how many people dont really look into the person there voting for, they let media decide, or they pick someone and thats it, no changing there mind.

Actually, I'm not a McCain supporter. In fact, the only way I'll vote for him is if he names a running mate I can be excited about becoming the Republican Heir Apparent in 4-8 years. He is the poster child for the RINOs. Glad I could set the record straight on his "100 years" thing. The press is the absolute last place any of us should go for facts or actual quotes. As for Libertarians, I agree a lot of things have to happen in this country before a 3rd party candidate has a chance... and the LP is probably the strongest of the 3rds. I vote Libertarian in local and state races as often as I can. I have to admit though, the LP venom towards the war in Iraq has me turned off the party for now. But then again, I don't have to agree with all of an organization's stances to respect the whole in general. Keep up the fight for Liberty as your conscience dictates!

Watch out ParaTed your are coming every close to offending the Great Obama, and the followers of the Obama cult. We must tread carefully, because they do not like the truth. ParaTed, this is me mocking the Obamites, do you not know that Obama would be the greatest thing to happen to America, EVER. Obama is change, he will change thing, his great. Obama is hope, we can all give him our hope, and he will give us his hope. Oh what about the future, ParaTed, Obama is the future, and the future needs Obama. He is everything to everyone, that is how great he is. He is GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, he is just like all other politicians. He has no clue. I still don't get what these people were so excited about. They think Bush was bad wait till they have an Obama President.
