I like the show too. I think her name is Peggy, not penny and I agree about campbell. He is a worm! How about all of the smoking????????? I don't know when the new season begins, but I did see that it won some award and was picked up for a second season. My boyfriend LOVES the show! He said, that's when the world worked:)

I saw tha show a few times and loved it! I remember those times, although by the time I became a teen those times fortunately were a-changin'. But it was VERY representative of how I remember things. Especially the smoke everywhere. And the women not being judged capable of anything the men could do.

Good show, but it conflicted with something else I watched. If it comes back on I'll tape it. Are they showing it as reruns, or is it coming back for a new season, do you know? I'd like to start following it again.

I love Mad Men! It's one of my favorite shows. We recorded the first season when they had a marathon of them one day. I only have 2 shows left to watch...thank goodness the new season has started!
I love Don too. I can't stand skivvy little Pete.
There are so many great, yet ridiculous, lines...when Peggy comes up with really good copy for ads the men say "It's like watching a dog play the piano." And when the housewives are chatting and smoking and the daughter comes in with a dry cleaning bag over her head and the mom is only upset that her dry cleaning is on the floor. It's horrible but I couldn't stop laughing.
