I don’t always floss my teeth, I honestly admit that. I only floss my teeth whenever I remember to do it. At times I really get lazy, specially at night. My last visit to the dentist, he asked me do you floss your teeth? I answered yes And he asked again how many times? I answered 2 to three times a week. Oh I just couldn’t tell him only when I remember to floss ha ha ha. Then he advised me to floss my teeth after brushing my teeth, it is healthier for my gums and teeth.
So how about you do you floss your teeth?

I floss my teeth but I don't do it every after meal as I don't find it necessary.
however I floss my teeth after eating meat, fish, chocolates or any other non-fibrous foods. When you eat these foods, some residue get stuck between the teeth and no amount of brushing can wash them out.
However, if I had only vegetables and fruits I don't find it necessary to use the floss.

I'm the same way I hardly ever floss unless I am thinking about it. I mostly just use a toothpick not that it is as good as regular flossing. I to lie or bend the truth to my dentists, they are not stupid tho and believe me they know how often you brush or floss.

I floss my teeth everyday. If I happen to eat something that I know will catch inbetween my teeth I floss right then and there. If not I floss before I go to bed after I brush my teeth. I have spent a lot of money on my teeth and I don't want anything to ruin my teeth after having them taken care of.

Yeah, I floss my teeth but I also forget or feel lazy at times. Hehehe! However, I realized that flossing is very helpful especially when your toothbrush can't sweep off the dirt in a particular area. It can also help prevent plaque and bacteria from building up in between your teeth.
