How often do you feed them? |
| |
| Well, I was just wondering, because my dog doesn't really eat too much. I feed her once a day, by filling her bowl with Dog Chow, and that lasts her until the next afternoon. She only eats a few bites here and there. I know some pets don't require to eat everyday, but others need to be fed multiple times. I have a med-sized pit bull, that weighs only 45lb. What kind of pet do you have? How often do you feed it? What do you feed it? | | | | | |

| | Our dog weighs about 45 lbs as well. He eats 2 1/2 cups twice a day. He almost always eats it all, but if he doesnt we just leave it for the next day. He eats Gravy Train, and no table food at all. We did give him scraps once, and then he refused to eat his own food. So we stopped doing that. | | | | | | |

| | We don't give our dog table scraps really either. Every now and then she can have a bone left over from a steak, or some lunch meat. I don't let her have anything that is greasy. She doesn't get it often, so she has never gotten used to it. | | | |

| | Four cats live here. They eat canned food twice a day. I give each of them half a tuna sized can of food each meal. They eat brands made with human quality ingredients: Wellness, PetGuard and Natural Balance. They eat all their food in about 10 minutes. My calico reminds me that it is time for dinner. | | | | | | |

| | Aww, Mia is adorable. I love kittens, and cats. I can't have them though, because my dog doesn't agree with them. She does to a point, but the cat has to be extremely lazy and laid back, definitly not wild and hyper. | | | |

| | She is adorable, thank you =D Your dog definitely wouldn't get on with her, though. She's a very active little thing, running almost constant laps around our flat before leaping onto my lap and falling asleep or starting all over again. I like to joke that she has some kind of personality disorder =) I'm assuming/hoping that as she gets older she'll calm down, she is only 5 months old, after all. =D | | | |
