Are you using anything that you learned in school?

For example, I've always enjoyed writing articles and stories and still do. My language arts and English grades were always good. I've also used drawing and painting techniques that I learned in school.

No, to be honest I have not used anything I learned in school and I was top of my class in english, for both literature and language and was always writing, mainly poetry and short stories. I just never put it to use. Recently in the last 6 months or so I have been going over the possibility of writing again, and being on here has just further whet my appetite and I have started to write ideas and things down. So hopefully anything I learned in school and remember I will be able to use now!
