Do you smoke?

I know the feeling!
I am a smoker and the last thing i do before going to bad is have another cigarette and the first thin when i get up is the same but it comes with a cup of coffee.
I usually smoke a pack in one day.
The doctor said i can smoke and drink as long as i eat and sleep well that won't affect me much.
Take care of your health,get the sleep you need and eat well and you can enjoy your vices too.

Yes, I do smoke but not that much. I smoke only if I'm stressed and depressed. And yes when I have to use the toilet..LOL. But I don't smoke if my kids are around, cause second hand smoke is really bad. Before I was a chain smoker but I tried to lessen it when I experienced to have a throat infection and that really teaches me a lesson. Now I can say that I only smoke 3 to 4 sticks a day.

I don't smoke. Thankfully I never got hooked. I don't know what it is a bout my and cigarettes but I've never got addicted. When I was younger i attempted to lol, but thankfully however many I had i just didn't crave them.

Yes, smoking can cause lots of problems, but we all have our vices, and if it wasn't smoking, it'd be something else. Mine's chocolate...

I do smoke, but i hate that i have this awful habit. It stinks, it makes my throat hurt sometimes, and its just so unhealthy.
I trully hope i can stop soon, but iv tried to quit before withot much success at all.
I have some patches saved in my drawer, for when i feel strong enough to ahve another go. xxx

Well the sore throat could be due to just being thrist and no relation what so ever to do with the smoking.

I do smoke and I enjoy it. One of the few things I can I do enjoy right now. I also find it helps when I'm stressed or tired. Makes things a bit easier and at times also keeps me a bit sane.

Yes, I do, and I'm lighting up right now. It's a physical habit for me. When I'm driving, gotta have one in my hand. When I'm on the puter, gotta have one in my hand...or mouth as my fingers are busy...:)

I hate this vice, and it costs much more than the $5.00+++ a pack, it gives me a dry throat, I have to wash the walls more often, My hair needs more conditioner.

I started as a VERY young child, long story, I'll share it in another discussion. I smoked for ten years, gave it up for 9, then started again 3 years ago. Its SOOOOO hard to stop!!

You are killing yourself!
People should not change the blessedness of half of their lives with hard working. I think you are finding pegs to smoking. You know the harm of smoking to yourself. However, do you know that the harm to your family when you smoke? Your father maybe has a harder cough. Your mother maybe couldn't sleep all the night. Your wife maybe having more furrow. And your child maybe napping in the classroom.
Thinking about the persons you love, kick the habit of smoking.
