last night, i pulled my achiles tendon in my right ankle (i have done it before and once you do it, its easy to do again - i was just reaching to put something away...)
anyways, the pain kept me awake a good part of the night...i pretty much just dozed during the night, but i still need to go to work today because i have a ton of things to do! question is, how do you fake a good nights sleep? (i dont drink coffee) and i did have a shower (which helped some) this morning...
any suggestions?

sometimes i used coffee to fake my goodnight sleep. but i seldom to use it since i also don't like coffee too much. something sure when i have deadline or i was enjoying my work, i am being forgot about time. so it means i can fake my goodnight sleep without drink any kind of medicine or drinking

Coffee, tea, music, anything that will keep you awake and moving

Had you no pain medication at home? There's no substitute for a good night's sleep-caffeine and such might keep you going, but the sleep would have been more beneficial.Try and Grab a nap if you can today,Get the tendon checked out,and get some medication and get some good sleep tonight!
