Former President Bill Clinton just drove past my house....He waved at us..WOW!!

Thats pretty cool not many people can say a old president drove by their house.

That is pretty cool. I like Bill. Can't say the same for Hill, but I do like him. Ronald Reagan was supposed to come to the IRS office where I worked umpteen years ago, and we were all looking forward to it (regardless of whether we liked him - it was just something that only happens once in a great while), but for some reason, he didn't come. My friend's husband was a Secret Service agent for Jimmy Carter, but that doesn't count, does it? But, yeah, it would be pretty neat to see someone so "untouchable" driving past. Especially if he actually paid attention to his surroundings like that and waved. Shows he notices things.

That's cool. I would be excited too. I would love to get that close to the Clinton's. I got semi close back when he was running here in the Seattle area, but with all the Security around it was not as close as you got.

I've never been that close that's for sure.. That is really neat though for sure.. I think the closes I've even gotten is in front of the tv lol... Kinda hard to be when I am from a small town and not alot of famous people come here to visit... Who knows though maybe one day...

Wow, is right. that is something else and that is something that you will tell alot of other people and remember for a very long time. I have never had that opportunity yet.

I can understand the joy you feel. The probability of meeting the President is so remotely low that I would consider it really lucky to have the President waving at you. I met my President once at the Istana open house. The feeling was great when we shook hands!

Hello Feona1962!:-) Good for you! It's really great to see and have attention of someone that one likes/loves. I know I am all too pleased when I see my family on cam and my son smiles and her mother asks him to wave at me and he does. I feel the same when friends wave at me. These little acts of kindness by someone whether a president, a friend or a family member are very precious, indeed! :-)

Wow Feona! That sure is cool..I know he's been here to Texas helping Hillary and Chelsie was in my town a block from my store helping her Mother with a rally..I couldn't go since I couldn't close my store..but to sit on the lawn and be waved at is great...see if he comes back and get his picture if you can!
