What's the best music for running or treadmilling it?

I've got a few songs that keep the beat and help me to keep my pace.
"Smooth Criminal" by Alien Ant Farm
"Anger Rising" by Jerry Cantrell
"She Is Beautiful" by Andrew W.K.
"Sk8er Boi" by Avril Lavigne
"The Distance" by CAKE
"Heavy" by Collective Soul
"Ten Thousand Fists" by Disturbed
"Monkey Wrench" by Foo Fighters
"Stand Alone" by Iced Earth
One that makes me laugh is when Duncan Sheik's "Barely Breathing" comes on, if its towards the end of the workout, I agree everytime he's sings the chorus.
Got anymore that will help me raise my fist while it raises my heartrate?

For some reason that song "It's Raining Men!" Always makes me want to get up and dance and run and jump. I don't know why, but that song always seems to get me in a real good mood so it is a god song for me to work out to. I like the rhythm of it, and it is just very up beat and party like. I have no idea why I love it so much I just do. I also really like White Wedding by Billy Idol, and Black Cat by Janet Jackson, those songs always make me want to dance too.

Good choices, I'll have to find Black Cat by JJ and cue it up.

2 Unlimited would surely get the blood pumping. I do have some Rob Base, how's that for old school. I do have some slow music for the cool down, I'll give it a shot.
