Ghostly Sightings and Sounds

I have to admit I am troubled by your response. Being a Christian doesn't negate the presence of spirits in this world. I believe that ghosts, or spirits, exist. I have felt the presence of spirits many times. It happens when you think of a loved one that has passed and you get that warm feeling in your heart. Spirits do walk the Earth, but mostly I think they are there to comfort us and guide us in the right path in life. One of our church buildings is believed to be haunted. It can be scary only if you don't fully understand. I don't believe that Satan has a presence on this Earth after death.

Hi Sona, where did you felt those presence? And were you shocked and scared like I was just now? I was too shocked and that gave me a jolt there..

Sometimes the presence is felt just a little more strongly. And yes, I was scared and shocked just like you. It is a difficult thing to accept.

It certainly is scary, sandora, but I think the next time I encounter something like that, I would like to "communicate" why she is there or something. But I'm not sure whether I would have the courage to do that, LOL.

Sorry friend for the late reply. I truly admire your bravery on this as well, and I hope that someday I would have the courage to not "be scared" at all. If it's true that the spirit is a happy and friendly one, then I would not be obligated to not use the restroom again.

Spirits are like wild animals my friend. At first, you will be too frightened to approach them, but sooner or later, you get used to them and they get used to you. You know whether they're going to hurt you, and vice versa, so you suss out their ways, and approach them in a better way. Spirits are like this, especially if you can learn to accept their presence without fear.

I am trying to find out the history of the building where I worked. That's quite alarming because a lot of my colleagues have been "disturbed" as well. But I'm sure the spirit would not do harmful things as long as we don't go over boundary; especially as it is humming friendly tunes like you said. Thanks for posting and have a nice day.;)

Thanks so much for wishing me on never getting that kind of encounter again, hornswaggled. Some of my colleagues who had been experiencing it before ran out of the restroom screaming as well. I guess I just have to make do with the restroom since I have lots of projects coming on at work and have to work more night-shifts. . I just hope I wouldn't have to encounter "her" again. By the way, I think that your advice is possible because I could certainly not go to the restroom until dawn. I just have to keep myself busy with work and mylot then, . However, I think that "she" has no intentions of disturbing me and you are right; it's on a different plane and there must be a story/reason to it. I looked all over the news channel's site but couldn't find it. It was a few weeks ago and their search engine doesn't work too well...I put in 'haunted police station' in the search box and ended up getting every police report and every article that had any of those words in it.

Unsatisfied souls are what my colleagues told me as well. It is a different experience to be hearing the story than to experience it first-hand, and I used to think that these stories are just nonsense but when I experienced it that day, I was really so dumbfounded. I have heard lots of "spirits" lurking at homes as well and luckily, I've never had that kind of encounter like you did. You are really a brave woman and thanks for sharing this story with me. Yes my friend, it is a real story and I experience it first-hand. Some of my colleagues did as well, but theirs were more scarier encounters than me. Based from some of the answers of our friends, they told me that perhaps it was a friendly spirit or someone who wants to "communicate". I believe that the spirit meant no untoward harm to me since my colleagues had not experienced beating or anything worst than that. It's just the voices and the sight and that was what contributed to the over-alarming feeling. I hope that you will never have this kind of encounter for you will definitely feel scared for a bit.
