do you enjoy the deep fry tofu?

I miss deep fried tofu so much, we cannot buy fresh tofu in Greece and I love it. I used to eat it with chilli oil on the side to dip it into or, or my absolute favourite was fried tofu stuffed with prawns. The only type of tofu you can get here is a dry brown thin kind in the health food shop which bears no resemblance at all to silky white tofu which is stored in water.

I love and enjoy deep fried tofu. I like to eat it with chill sauce. The kind of chilli sauce with garlic in it.
