Do you ever been travel with your bike for a long day

I have not done it in a very long time. the last time I rode a bike, was about 19 years ago. the seat is not very confortable, the older you get and it hurts my leg muscles also because I am not in shape right now.

hello skyblue, well actually I never had traveled from a far place to another using my bike but I do use it just to go cycling around our subdivision. Whenever I feel blue or down I always go out and ride my bike cause every time I do so I feel better I guess that whenever I ride my bike I i forgot all the problems I have in my mind and it helps me relax and exercise at the same time.
