Help me pick a place to go on the east coast!

We need a vacation something terribly. We want to go to the beach.
We are thinking somewhere in the Virgina/Outer Banks area.
We want to go at the end of May or mid-June, so finding a vacation rental might be a little tricky at this point!!
Anyone have any good suggestions on where to find cabin/cottage/AFFORDABLE beach houses?
I appreciate your help!!

We used to go to Virgina beach, it was very nice there. But it has been so many
years since I have been there.

Hello Vera. I can understand your wanting to go to the beach for a vacation. For me there is no place that is more relaxing than going to the beach. I am not to certain that you will be able to find affordable accomodations so soon. I would go to the website for Virginia and start there by looking at the online accomodations. Often times you can find something that is reasonable. I wish you all the luck. Have fun at the beach.
