I was shopping at Whole Foods last night with my sister and the kids and I decided to try a new cheese. It suggests on the label that you serve it warm with jam. I tried it earlier with some peach preserves on it. OMG! I am in love with this cheese. I am sorry I got such a small package or if to try. I think this is going to become one of my favorites. Have you tried this cheese? Do you like to try different cheeses?

The best ever cheese I enjoy was made fresh from the cheese company in Plymouth, Vermont. I enjoyed it very much. I see how they produced all kinds of cheese. Their place is located within the Calvin Coolidge area in Plymouth. The website is www.fogcitycheese.com. I would always love to order from there online.
