Sara Jane Advetures  | |  Did anyone else watch the first one of this new spin off? It was ok in my opinion. They have K-9 but it doesn't look like he will be on as much as he should be. Also did anyone else catch that the plot was a direct rip off of a Futurama episode? Anyone else want a frosty cold can of Slurm?
Anyone else think they should stop with the spin offs and stick to trying to make the original show great? By original show I mean Dr. Who.

I thought it was pretty good on the whole. I won't spoil it by revealing plot details, but K9 isn't in it much. To my mind that's a good thing anyway, since fitting a tin dog into a present day context lacks believability.
I thought the first season of Sarah Jane was better than the first season of Torchwood, although Season 2 of Torchwood has shown a definite improvement.
