Ipl is going to affect the cricket in many ways. And it is clear with the grand success of first edition of ipl. Just two years back bcci was not in favour of this format of game . And was totally against the twenty twenty matches. So they sent the second string of team in the world cup. But india won the world cup. And that changed the scene. With the coming of icl , which was a eye opener for bcci , ipl materialised. Now pakistan and australia , england are planning to have their own league. So it has already changed the direction of air. Though nobody is accepting the fact but this has already changed the mentality. And in coming days many surprises are bound to come.

Indian premier league or Ipl is the new craze i the cricketing world and it sure is going to effect the international arena seriously for players are bound to cut short their career in order to play in the premier league as it has plenty of money involved in it. Secondly the players will be more prone to injuries because of the amount of cricket played

Hi Sikku! I think it is too early to think in that line but yes since its arrival, I was very optimistic about its impact on International Cricket. IPL composed of T20 matches, the shortest version of the game as of today, must be offering better entertainment for international audience besides its craze in India. But international cricket is not going to be effected too much at this stage. IPL will take few more years to grow up in full swing.

IPL sure created a buzz in international cricket. I think IPL is doing good for the international cricket as its creating a platform for international platform for international tp cricketers to play together. IPL will help lot of young cricketers who are not able to get into the team a oppurtunity to show their skills. Young indian cricketers get lot of experience from senior players. All in all IPL is doing great for the cricket. On the other hand BCCI should need to relax its schedule to meet the player's need. IPL is very entertaining and enjoy every match of IPL.

Hi Sikku IPL is the new form of cricket....its not affecting the international cricket in any form and more over it shows the performance more individuals who had dream of getting into their home team....its the younger brother of 50/50 match and ounger younger brother of t20 matches...even when EPL( english premier league) started football lovers opposed it but now see the response it has gained now and still football worldcup is also not affected...it creates an friendly atmosphere... who knows in the futre anything can happen.......
