Are you more likely to do something bad if you know you won't get caught?

In these current times of video cameras everywhere, people snapping photos and recording video and posting it on youtube, photo enforced traffic lights and the like, are you still more likely to do something bad if you know you won't get caught? Feel free to admit it, I will =) I figure we all police ourselves to a certain extent, but say you're late to something or your kids are throwing a fit in the car. Are you still going to stop for that yellow light or drive thru it? Are you really going to drag all your tantrumming kids into Target to find the person whose bumper you accidently bumped opening your door or will you just check to make sure you didn't really leave a mark and get home?
