Do you like creamed spinach

It's one of my favorites, but nobody else likes in in our home.
Not that it makes a difference I make it for myself anyways.
I have tried it in different ways but prefer the one made with white sauce the best.
One more of the healthy things that I enjoy. I"m realizing that I actually like a lot of the healthy stuff:)

I like it, but hubby says he does not. I have never made it. I do like the healthy stuff. We could eat creamed spinach on myLot, what say to that? It will be yummy.

I have never tried creamed spinach, I don't really like spinach but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like creamed spinach as I don't like pumpkin either but I like pumpkin soup so i am a strange one, i will have to try it as spinach as you say is good for you...

I love creamed spinach. I like it best with fresh spinach chopped coarsely and put in a frying pan where I have sauteed a clove of garlic and some onion. When it is wilted I add some sweet cream and thicken it with a bit of cornstarch. I also like it with sour cream or in a white sauce. With boiled potatoes and poached eggs it makes a very tasty supper.

Hi my friend...how are you? We haven't touched in for quite awhile. I am still waiting to hear when you might like to receive a call from me...let me know if there is a workable time. I'd still like to have a phone chat with a favorite fellow Canadian.
I posted on my site what David and I are up to and why I am not here as much...and it is all good.
Now on the the topic of spinach. Your recipe sounds good...care to share it? You could post it for us after piquing our appetites if you'd care to..sounds good. I have never prepared it myself although I have eaten creamed spinach while eating out.
I like mine steamed with a little fresh dill or other herbs from our garden because we grow ours all summer long. It is good in salads too...and yes, it is a healthy veggie and I enjoy it too.

Sometimes I like creamed spinich - depends on who makes it! lol I really prefer spinich in a salad or just steamed. Sometimes I add a little pepper sauce, lemon or vinegar to it. I've always loved spinich and I will even eat the canned kind right out of the can. lol
