Well, if you ask me, EBAY is only for the Rich, but yet in turn when they do things like this it only opens up the chance to be SCAMMED just like you would on a site such as Craigslist, etc. I personally am not for this change at all, and I am sure will hurt many people's business as well there. Why are they making this change I wonder? Thanks for sharing this with us, and making us more aware.
