Everyone Please Read Especially Those That know me.

For years i could go onto any website and use my name and Av with out problem. Now I am beginning to see them more often... I just did not want you all thinking it might be me and me not respond to you in the fashion that I always do.

I saw someone with the same avatar, except it was blue and there was one other difference that I don't remember. I immediately thought of you. Now, if someone tries to use my current avatar, that would be a big problem because it's a picture of me and it's copyrighted, too.

I have seen it too Darlene, My friend actually made mine in 1999 when I changed my name from The Old Hag LMAO (yes I know it is pathetic) To angelwhispers. Anyway I wanted something that said I love in a unique way. It never occurred to either of us that we needed to copyright it at the time, because at that point in time the only thing I did was play spades in a place called IPLAY.NET. Now I have begun to see variations of even my Av. Argg You know what they say about hindsight. He knows and I know where it came from, so alls cool.

You know, you can still copyright that picture you're using and then anyone else in the future will either have to pay you or quit because registering gives you a lot of muscle. You can still sue them now as it is really already copyrighted, but you won't get any money unless you can prove damages.

Ah, sometimes it's just good to move on, anyway.

Hey, I swear I didnt jack your avatar! LOl. My daughter found this on the web and since I hate pics of myself... I used it. I havent found any on here with a name like mine, though there are plenty near mine on email sites, hence all the numbers after mine.

Hi there Chintoo, I did not say she was not free in her choosing, my point is to my friends and to avoid what ever confusion it might cause. I have made very very close friendships and as what has already happened they think they are talking to me. Did I say I felt badly? If you read my very first sentences you will see this is not the case what so ever.

I am only giving a heads up. We all need a unique identity. It is crucial in a forum of this site.
