Do you easily say YES if your friend asks you to help her/him EVEN YOU CANT?  |

 For me, if i face such situation, i may say yes. I actually cant help him 100%, and its maybe around 30-40%, but even in that percentage, as long as i can still doing something, why not? Easy or not to say yes to help them, also depends on what they are asked me to...
For some reason, how about if im in my friend's shoes? If i need someone to help me, and she/he doesnt want to help me at all?
Life is like a cycle, sometimes you're needed by others, and sometimes you may need others.

i used to. but now i value my time alone and my time with my husband. so i consider now if and when i can help. i try to keep my word as much as i can and so i dont want my friend to be left hanging if i cant comply with her needs. so i might as well be frank so that he or she can still find help elsewhere. but of course, as much as i can, i still try to help out. i just dont like breaking my word just because i am too busy.

I always felt embarrassed to refuse him. I always felt uneasy after saying yes but actually was no. I don’t want to have such awful and miserable feeling so later on I learn to say no if I really couldn’t give any help to him and ask for apology then.
