I agree with Hatley. A beautiful person becomes beautiful not only because of his/her appearance. The beauty of the person must radiate from within. Meaning her/his personality counts more.. And whether the person is happy or not also affects his/her appearance.

to me a beautiful person is one who is not only good looking on the outside but radiates a happiness within and a kindness that gives this person a glow. a person who is beautiful in all ways will light up a room and leave people cheerful and smiling. this person will make people ask who is that person? and they will really wantto know because that person will have charisma.
