My Hamburger had no onion..... should I complain ??

Definitely complain next time you go to that establishment. You paid for something you didn't get.

yes you have a right to complain as you ordered a hamburger with onion so you had a right to have onions on your burger.Do not be afraid to complain when something is left out.

I, personally would mention it the next time that I went into the establishment. I have worked in food service before and we did appreciate when we were told of our mistakes (So we could learn from it). But do it in a very nice way. No one likes to be yelled at or made to feel stupid. I would have been angry also. I love onions on my hamburger.

it depends upon the situation. i also got irritated when i already said "put like this and like that" and then when you return home, you will see that they do not put what you wanted. if it is near our house i am going to complain for them to know their irresponsibility. sometimes i just check what i ordered so that i am not going to be disappointed when i see my orders at home.

id complain..if i wanted onions on mine then they didnt put em on there yes i would

I would not complain. He may have misunderstood you and thought you didn't want the onion. If you're really that concerned about it, mention it to the manager next time you go in, and you may get a coupon or something. A word of caution, mention it to the manager AFTER you get your hamburger that day. People in food service(not all, but some) will mess with your food if you piss them off. ALWAYS be nice to people who handle your food, regardless of how you think they should be treated.

I don't complain everytime a mistake is made.We have got to remeber maybe they are having a bad day..Some days I even forget to do certain things...If you ever go back and he forgets again then yes I would say something..:)
