what do babies say when they talk?

The world of babies never cease to amaze me,i was looking at two kids ,i think they are between 1 year and 9 months old,and i watch in amusement as they were making their blah,blah sounds and they laugh at each other,i was just wondering what they were saying that was just funny for them to laugh,i wish i can understand their language.does anyone klnow what babies say when they talk?

My little sister said "Mama" when she first talk. I think we all did say that.

I have two children and when my youngest was starting to babble her big sister who was almost three at the time she would sit and talk back saying yes ok as if she could understand it all. I asked her once what her sister said she looked at me and said "she said can we have a biscuit" got to admire her for trying!!!
