2nd, u must have heard that its hard to please every one in the world. so let them do what they want, u just stay calm and just smile and soon when they will notice that they cant irritate you, they will leave that joke/point

The issue is that if your peers or co-workers have nothing better to do than make jokes at your expense than shame on them. There is little that you can do to change their pettiness. It seems that this is a global problem, bullying and mobbing that is. Finding someone who can take the brunt of the unhappiness of others.

The best advice is to simply ignore it. Although I am sure that it hurts don't give them the satisfaction of knowing this. Stare straight ahead, don't even laugh it off simply ignore.

There is a saying; "The best revenge is living well". I think this applies in nearly every situation. In this situation the best way to handle it is do your job with excellence. Be recognized for your excellence. Excel past them in every aspect of performance and don't allow their petty behavior to stop your forward momentum.

I would feel horrible if my co-workers were making fun of my size. Don't let it get to you, the reason that they are making fun of your size at work is probably because they have no better reason to insult you. They are probably jealous of how good of a worker you are.
