Hi, laglen. If I failed at something, it will take someone strong in heart of cheerfulness to perk me back up again. Otherwise, I will have a frown on my face all day long. If I am in a bad mood because of someone else, then if I watch a comedy show, I will be back to my old joyous self. I can't stand it when people make me sad and mad. It does put a wedge between the rest of my glorious day.

Yes true enough, just one person can ruin your day. But that is if you will allow that to happen. You see sometimes it pays if we know how to control our reaction over the things that happen around us such (as a person who do something that spoil our day).
If someone is about to spoil my day, I always ignore him and turn my attention to other things or people worth of my attention. But sometimes, when the situation calls forme to really give reaction or retaliation, I always make it a point that I do it in a way that what the person will took notice of is the wrong things he did and not much of my anger.
Letting just one person to spoil my day is not worth the good things and blessings God have prepared for me on that day!

There are people out there, especially in my family that make sure my day's are bad. Not all the time, but when it does happen and my smile falls, I try to leave the room. After leaving their home, I like to go out and look around at Wal-Mart. Crazy as it seems but it gets me going. I'll see things that make my house look nicer and then I smile again.
For one to make me smile, just make me laugh and I'm happy.
I always try to make others laugh. I also try to put humor into what happend to make that person upset. It usually works.
A few words to make one feel better. I always tell people this "no matter what happens keep smiing, you are unique, and you deserve the very best in life, don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise"
I don't just tell them that, I mean it. I believe we all deserve the best, even on our bad days.

Yeah.. It sure does.. Starting off a day with a bad thing always ruins the whole day.. let it be a person or something that makes u feel unhappy. And sometimes it requires more than smiles to bring back the jolly mood. Thats the reason I never scold people no matter what they do. Forgive and Forget is my policy..

Hey, laglen. I always try to give others broad smiles even I myself am in bad mood. And when they smile back to me, I feel that I contribute to making their day. That's really a good feeling. Hence, I will get happy.
Smile and some cheerful words can help have a better day, and similarly, indifference would ruin the day. And more familiar people are, greater influence would occur.
Now, I am smiling to you. Hehe, do you feel it?
