Do you dance?

Yea I do dance and since I was a child , I remember my mother enrolled me when I was 2yrs. old in a ballet dance, since then when I was grew up I also learned so many dances liked hula and Tahitian dances, when I was in my grade school years I used to joined folk dances in our school, and modern dances too that was in a early 80's until I reached my high school I was been very active that time even being a gymnast I was inn too. All my life I've been in the world of dancing and even in my career now. I have a par time job as a Ballroom dance teacher. And I'm very happy now that I'm in the world of dancing.

believe it or not, i love to dance but its the dance who doesnt love me. i even love to sing but the music doesnt love me. In short i dont know how to dance or sing, if someone see me dancing, they will just laugh at me or worst maybe theres someone who'll throw stone at me... hehehe...lolz... :D

The only dancing I do is at home with my son, when we dance all around the house doing funny moves and stuff.

yeah I do dance. Been dancing since I was small in school concerts. but now I just stick to ballet, jazz ballet,a bit of hip hop, interprative dance.

I still remember the firt time i danced.It's when i was at kindagargen!It was for celebrate our Children's day.And our class(about 20 children)get on the stage in front of all the teachers and students.Everyone was make-up.,even boys.We wear skirt.We danced.Everyone had a flower in his hands and we made a circle,then dance. That's funny!Thank you for remind me this beautiful time! Now i still like dance,llike street dance,ballet.But no one teach me now.maybe i ll learn by myself.^^

I wanted to take ballet lessons as a child but didn't get to. My parents did not think I was serious about it, even though I read books about ballet, got friends to teach some steps, and tried to teach myself through books as well. (I always believed you could learn anything from a book, obviously this is not true! LOL). A couple of years ago, I started taking salsa dancing lessons. It was a lot of fun, and I did it for about a year. I have been meaning to go again, but I am a very bad dancer and not very graceful at all (I wonder if ballet lessons might have helped!). It was fun though, and I found it also gave me something to talk about when meeting people, as I would find that either they also dance, would like to learn, or just find it interesting.

I no longer am a dancer, but have been teaching since 1973. I studied ballet, tap, jazz, ballroom, a little hip hop, acrobatics, and a little bit of ethnic dance. I started dance in 1967.
