 I told my grown daughter, even though we are close and I would miss her and my granddaughter, that she has to do what is best for her and not worry about us. It's her life.
We moved 2.5 hours from my mom and 3 from my sister. We still see each other and keep in touch. We live far from most of our family, but still have a relationship.
