About that pollen

So Im sitting outside getting alittle sun. I look up at the trees and I can actually see little puffs of pollen coming out. Ive never seen that before. Now I know why there is green pollen all over everything outside. Have you ever seen the pollen coming out of the trees?

Hmmm I have never seen pollen coming out directly like that. I think that would be interesting to see, but also I hope not to get allergy from that.

We have a lot of oak trees in our complex and occasionally you can see the pollen falling.

So, that is what that green stuff is. I saw it the other day and I wondered what it was. It was real sunny the other day and I love sitting in the spring sun. I was looking up into the tree above my head and saw the green stuff. I thought it was odd. Thanks for explaining to us.

So that is what that green stuff is all over my porch. Thought it was flower that didn't get pollenated or something. Interesting!

Yes I have and it really makes my daughters sinsus act up. My neighbor has a tree that all of the weird little leaves on it are falling off and landing on our front porch! Maybe I should make her come sweep it off everyday huh?

In recent years I have noticed the pollen as well. At first I didn't know what it was! It has been so bad this spring, I've had terrible allergies this season.

Hi Terry,
No, I've never actually seen this, but it sure wouldn't be good for those with allergies. I've developed some allergies to things like this, just in the past few years. Like somebody else here said, I wonder why after all of these years without them? Take care.

Oh, yes I have... and I ran for the house! Its bad enough to have it floating around and irritating me, but the thought of having it all over me scared me... I could sneeze forever! The funny thing is, I was never allergic until about 5 years ago... I wonder what changed??

Yes, the pollen is crazy here right now. My throat started hurt last night and I couldn't figure it out. My husband came in for lunch this afternoon and said that the car windshield had a layer of pollen on it.
Now I know why my throat is hurting so bad! I am allergic to pollen.
