Eastenders received four awards, Coronation street received five awards, Hollyoaks received six awards, Emmerdale received two awards and Doctors didnt receive any.

| 2. oldcoger (71) | 1 week ago |  I don't watch the British soaps, but the British comodies are far better than anything that is being produced in the USA. I can't get enough of shows like, Last Of The Summer Wine, Brittas Empire, and Open All Hours; but they won't put any of these shows on DVD for us Yanks. I would buy them all if they were available. British soaps are not really any better than American soaps though. I would not find myself watching any of them.

3.  gemini_rose (4247) | 1 week ago |  Wow Hollyoaks did really well, I am really pleased, it makes a change to see them do so well, it is a brilliant soap and one that I always watch on a Sunday. It is the highlight of the weekend for me.
I do not get to watch the other soaps so much now, as I am always putting the kids to bed when they are on, I do miss watching them sometimes, but there is nothing that I can do about it until the kids start putting themselves to bed!!
Thanks for that, I did miss them, due to my hubby playing grand theft auto on the PS3!!

I enjoy Hollyoaks but dont get to see it that often, I do try and catch it on a saturday. Atleast you know who won what award, next time you will have to kick the hubby of the PS3!! lol | |
