TV is watched by those who have no life!

Hello Shepherdspy, i like watching TV.I dont thik that they have no life for those watching TV.But i did not spend more time with TV. If i am free and there have some intersting cricket match then i will watch all the match. Thanks

I don't think I have enough time to discuss the 'evils' of television! lol I don't watch it. I haven't watched it in over six years. Once in awhile, I have to watch with a friend. I'm staying with someone who likes all those 'America's Next Top Model' 'Rock of Love' and 'The Hills' reality shows. That is some of the strangest tv I have ever seen! These people are crazy! Half the conversation is bleeped out, the girls cat-fight, and they make these huge dramas out of nothing. On Purpose! There's nothing real about reality shows, except that real people are in them. (or something like a real person, depending on how many enhancements they have.) I think some people who watch tv have lives. I love quite a few people who watch and they have very full lives. The problem is, television is a bad habit. People come home from work, eat dinner and turn on the television. When friends find out I don't watch tv, they ask me how can I do it? My goodness. I tell them you don't turn on the television! They look at me like I'm some kind of genius and nod their heads like, 'wow, I never thought of that.' It's hysterical. Then they ask me what do I do rather than watch tv? I get the biggest shock response when I tell them I read! I do watch DVDs. I buy favourite movies or sci-fi series when tv used to be worth watching. I know of one room where a lot of people have televisions and they don't belong there. There's no room in a relationship for a television in the bedroom. Maybe people think I don't have a life.

I don't know if I would go that far with it. I watch TV, although, I don't watch much TV. And I have a life. I don't spend a lot of time in front of the TV, but I do watch some shows and some movies.

Haha, only if they watch it a lot, and depending on what they watch. I don't watch a lot of TV, but when I do, it's usually the news, so yeah... As long as I have a heart beat, even if I'm watching TV, I still have a life. =P

too much tv is not good but if you only watch it some times then it is ok. i know someone who's life revolves around tv. she will go to work and when she comes home, she sits down in front of the tv and not leave the chair until she goes to bed. nothing is done in her home and she does not go out and if she does she has to be home at a certain time so she does not miss one of her favorite shows this is just sad i can not image someone who can do this and like it.
