We made $2200 for charity

Ok so we had to buy the flowers that we sold as none of the people that told us they would give us thing for free gave us anything so the bill was about $600 but that lives $1600 to give away. And again we the whole family worked together and sold the flowers for mothers day. We still dont know who to give it to we have few options and we have to make a decision very soon. There is a family with a sick child that needs to go to hospital a lot and they dont have a car we are thinking of buying something for them if ther is a good car for that money.

yes it is disappointing as we have been doing this for few years now and we never had to pay that much for the flowers usually what we paid was some 10% off the total money raised at the end this year was about 35% this is bad as with $2200 there are lot of cars we could buy. Even the roses man decided to take $200 and he always gave us flowers for free it was usually what was left over after his orders were done.
