We made $2200 for charity

we dont want to put our selfs in the spot light as that is not why we are doing it. We are a family that has had its ups and downs and our fair share of bad luck so now that we are somewhat ok we want to give back to people that are in need. Usually we donate to organisations like cancer or Autism this are things that have afected us personaly. Last time (valentine day) we were promised so much but no one did anything. Yes sure wraping paper come and get it oh by the way its 25c for a 60cm by 90. Oh wow great I will give you flowers oh by the way they are $4 each for a bunch. Even the guy that always gave us flowers for free decided that we needed to pay for them. Oh well they can have their money but we still made a great sale.

yes it is disappointing as we have been doing this for few years now and we never had to pay that much for the flowers usually what we paid was some 10% off the total money raised at the end this year was about 35% this is bad as with $2200 there are lot of cars we could buy. Even the roses man decided to take $200 and he always gave us flowers for free it was usually what was left over after his orders were done.

We dont want to get involved with the media this is not what its all about. I am sure that we could get more but I am sure that they will get it that way them self if they want to. Its not fair on them and its something we dont want to do. we usually give the money to charity and its usually the once that we feel close to like cancer (my mother had cancer), Autism (my son), blind (my father) thats what we do. This family was an alternative to do something personal we will try to get a good deal if not they can have the money or if not give it to the Royal children Hospital where my son had an operation last month.
