Boston Celtics of has 66 win and 16 lose, Los Angeles Lakers 57 win and 25 lose...
Will there be a chance that Celtics vs Lakers be in finals?
Who will win between EASTERN and WESTERN CONFERENCE?

Western Conference will win, generally speaking the teams in the Western Conference are better teams than those in the Eastern Conference. (Don't get me wrong, the Eastern Conference has some good teams, but not as many so they aren't as challenged.)
I don't know if the Lakers will take it though. If Kobe ends up injured (he had a rough game against the Jazz on Sunday) then the Jazz might beat them and take the Western Conference.
