What did you think of this movie?  | |  Personally I was disappointed with it. Granted it was a good movie with some pretty good effects, and yes it was a good love story if you like that sort of thing, but I am a student of history. I was hoping that it would be a little more historically oriented in addition to the other good qualities it possessed. I was hoping it would tell more of the total story instead of focusing on two or three people. I wonder if the main characters portrayed here were actual people, or just fictional creations of the author to add a story-line to the historical account. As I said, it was a good movie, but overall I was disappointed with it.

I hate it when the character Josh Hartnett's played died in the end.. I like him and Kate Beckinsale's character to end up with each other.. I also love the "with white curtain" before they make up scene.. Kinda romantic huh?:)

I like the actors especially Ben Affleck and also I like Liv Tyler. They are all good and the movie is very touchy. I'm looking for a Pearl Harbor 2.

I believe that the use of such title could misled some people into thinking that it was a historical account. it would be nice to first read or hear reviews of a movie before viewing it.
