Doesn't that headline just make you think? That's the headline for a news station around here, on an article.

It's not something that the State should be ruling on. It should be up to individual restaurants to decide whether they serve armed customers or not. Private property, private rules. Personally, if I was running a restaurant I'd welcome an armed clientèle. Someone else might feel differently. It's no business of the government's.

I can't say that I agree. I do like your explanation, and do believe that in some instances the state should not step in. The article did not really say the expanse of why this was ruled by the state, so their may be extenuating circumstances that we are unaware of.
