If you could create your own happy Kids meal, what would it contain? Don’t limit yourself to fast food, and don’t forget to include a toy!

I would have a dish of mixed fruit, apples, grapes, segements of oranges and chunks of melon. (my son loves this) In it as the meal would be a chicken fillet wrap with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and three croquette potatoes. I know for a fact all would be devoured by my son. Oh and a tomato sauce sachet as he would dip the potato into that. The toy would be either a hotwheels car or a power rangers person. I would have an extremely happy child with all of the above. I may even buy happy meals for myself. I ennjoy bruuuummmming cars big kid that I am. LOL Ellie :D

I would have lean pieces of boneless chicken with no breading, applesauce, small salad and a care bear. This way the child will have a healthy meal, as the fat and calories are high in many fast food products. I know many parents want their children to eat well.

Oh my, I forgot the drink. How about lemonade, milk, or water? I wish more fast food places would offer lactose free milk.

Gosh I think I do this every day, or at least several times a week. The perfect happy meal in this house is homemade vegetable spaghetti, with carrots and zucchini no sugar please in the sauce. A whole wheat roll, cut up apples, pears and bananas. or for a real treat trail mix with dried fruits and huts. My little guys then get crayons and an activity pad. Does Nap time come along with a happy meal?

Oh yes, my happy meal would have either a calzone or fajitas, a nice salad, and chocolate truffles for desert, lol. The toy, water balloons to throw at the hubby, a little stuffed animal that giggles, or a screamer. A screamer is a little rubber doll that when you squeeze it, emits a scream. There are days I want to and there are too many people around. If I use that, they laugh and don't realize, lol.
Okay, now I'm hungry.

I would put the toy first and it would be Lego blocks, as I think that playing with them stimulates the childs imagination.. They are hard to put down.. I think also that I would put a good size portion of some type of hearty soup full of good vegetables and noodles with a piece of chunky bread for dipping in the soup.. I would also add a small container of mixed fruit, probalby grapes and apple slices.. then for good measure, in case the other items were not eaten, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.. It has been so long since I had to do that and I don't know what the kids like nowadays.. They would probably eat the PB&J sandwich and throw the rest away, or trade it for a frog..
